Progress update:
We've just entered our second sprint of development!
Art:
Our artists have been hard at work creating a clean and coherent UI, a control screen and a title screen!

We also have fancy animations for our player character and their vehicle:

Unfortunately the vehicle gifs are too big but believe me they are fancy! |
Also our grass now comes with extra grass!
It is still in experimental phase but we are implementing a toon shader to give our game a more distinct style:
Gameplay:
- We've updated the path that the player vehicles follow, making it shorter and giving more chance for players to run into each other.

- Cars no longer get stuck in intersections and they don't stop for players.
- Every character animation and ragdolling has been hooked up correctly.
- We have a working point system!
Sound:
- Players and grandmas produce footsteps and cloth sound when moving (finally).
- The button mashing UI makes a plop sound with a higher pitch the closer you get to filling the bar.
- Both the player vehicles and roaming cars have a metasound that changes based on their speed but it remains unimplemented for now.
- We've gathered every sound into a mixer to get a proper sound balance.
